Invoices cannot be changed once submitted and paid. Change of address is not permitted at this time to ensure buyer and seller protections. Please make sure the turnaround time is taken into consideration during purchase to ensure the correct size and style for the season are ordered.
Lost packages are not the responsibility of Macy Kate Boutique. Once a package has left our headquarters, we are no longer responsible for it’s tracking and delivery to the corresponding address. A 3rd party shipping insurance is offered at checkout for a minimal fee and will cover any shipping issues incurred.
All sales are final. If the item you receive isn’t correct for what was purchased on your invoice, please notify Macy Kate Boutique via email at customerservice@macykateboutique.com immediately so we can correct it. Every effort is made to ensure your order is accurate and created specifically for you. We strive to create happy customers and will always correct our errors when given the opportunity to do so.
