Estimated 7-10 week turnaround for all releases. Shipping time is not included in the estimated turnaround time. All turnaround times are estimated and can fluctuate a few extra days as we are dependent on production shipping during the process of creating your custom handmade clothing.

Please note: Because Sezzle is offered as an optional form of payment, sometimes a fabric oversell can happen. This occurs because inventory sells so quickly—even if Sezzle isn’t you choice of payment at check out. If an oversell occurs on your order, a refund will be issued for the oversold item. Please check the VIP group for the cart issues post if you have an oversell or suspect you have one.  I am not notified if you have an oversell. Unfortunately I don’t have control over notifications like that and rely on you to let me know if you were charged unnecessarily. Thank you for your understanding as I work towards a continual solution to this.

Invoices cannot be changed once submitted and paid. Sizing, style, sleeve length, and any applicable add-on’s that you purchased will stay as is on your invoice. Change of address is not permitted at this time. Please make sure you take the turnaround time into consideration during your purchase to ensure the right size and style are delivered to the correct address.

All sales are final. If the item you receive isn’t correct for what was purchased on your invoice, please notify Macy Kate Boutique so we can correct it. Every attempt is made to ensure your item is perfect, but due to the nature of custom handmade clothing, there are minimal times where an “oops!” can occur. All manufacturing defects are guaranteed to be fixed without question.
