Invoices cannot be changed once submitted and paid. Change of address is not permitted at this time to ensure buyer and seller protections. Please make sure the turnaround time is taken into consideration during purchase to ensure the correct size and style for the season are ordered.

Lost packages are not the responsibility of Macy Kate Boutique. Once a package has left our headquarters, we are no longer responsible for its tracking and delivery to the corresponding address. A 3rd party shipping insurance is offered at checkout for a minimal fee and will cover any shipping issues incurred.
